The Office of International Initiatives oversees 吉祥麻将's international partnerships and is responsible for:

• Establishment of international partnerships promoting the University鈥檚 strategic plan
• Development of international articulation agreements in conjunction with academic departments
• Maintenance of Towson University鈥檚 international agreements (often referred to as an International Memorandum of Understanding, or IMOU)
